Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote Olivia's Home Health services and increase referral opportunities. • Actively participate in community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to enhance awareness of our agency and establish a strong community presence. • Conduct regular calls and visits to referral sources to generate sales and build long-term partnerships. • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with agency goals. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
