Key Responsibilities: β’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote Olivia's Home Health services and increase referral opportunities. β’ Actively participate in community events, health fairs, and other networking opportunities to enhance awareness of our agency and establish a strong community presence. β’ Conduct regular calls and visits to referral sources to generate sales and build long-term partnerships. β’ Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with agency goals. Qualifications: β’ Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in the healthcare industry. β’ Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. β’ Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment. β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail. β’ Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for local travel.
