Position Details:

Location: Anne Arundel County
Hours: Part-time, 9:00am - 3:00pm, M-F, 30 hours/week


Job Summary:
The Home Health Aide is an integral member of the home health services team, responsible for delivering compassionate personal care as well as assisting with basic, non-nursing support to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will travel to patients’ homes and provide hands-on care that promotes their safety, independence, and overall well-being. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate from high school or equivalent
Requires active, valid CNA License certification with the Maryland State Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Valid Maryland drivers’ license and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use
One year experience as a CNA in a hospital or facility required




Salary Range: Minimum 15.00/hour - Maximum 22.16/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
