Responsibilities
ā¢ Process prescription requests and manage customer orders for home delivery.

ā¢ Assist with operations support, training, and process improvements.

ā¢ Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content.

ā¢ Create and route pharmacy orders through receipt.
,
ā¢ Handle inbound and outbound member/patient calls effectively.

ā¢ Prep and scan documents, verify member/patient data, and submit prescription orders in the computer system.
,
ā¢ Contact members/patients/providers to validate data and request payment information.
,
ā¢ Identify solutions to non-standard requests and solve moderately complex problems independently.

ā¢ Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives.
,
ā¢ Provide a holistic approach to case management for assigned customers.
Requirements
ā¢ Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (ExCPT or PTCB) or ability to obtain prior to start date.

ā¢ 1+ years of experience working in a retail pharmacy.
,
ā¢ Must reside in Illinois or Iowa.
,
ā¢ Must be 18 years of age or older.
