Responsibilities:
As a Home Care Worker at The Uwit Job, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Personalized re: Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, addressing their unique needs and promoting independence.
Daily Assistance: Assist clients with daily activities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
Companionship: Foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere by offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients.
Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
