Home Care Liaison / Healthcare Referral Partner (Remote | Flexible Schedule)
We are seeking motivated individuals with strong connections in the healthcare industry to help introduce our call center and back-office solutions to healthcare organizations, including senior home care agencies and medical offices. This role is ideal for someone who knows decision-makers in healthcare and wants to monetize their professional network. This is not a call center agent or customer support role. What You’ll Do • Leverage your existing healthcare relationships to introduce our services • Reach out to home care agencies, medical offices, and healthcare service providers • Identify decision-makers and make warm introductions • Set appointments or refer qualified prospects to our internal team Compensation (Commission-Based) • $1,000 – $5,000 commission per client enrolled • Paid for each successfully onboarded and active client • No cap on earnings • Ideal for those able to enroll multiple clients per month Role Details • 100% remote • Flexible schedule • 1099 independent contractor • Commission-only (no hourly or salary pay) • Training, scripts, and messaging provided Important This is not an hourly or salaried position. Compensation is 100% commission-based and best suited for individuals who can leverage healthcare relationships and referrals.
