How Youâll Make a Difference
Personalized Daily Living Assistance â Safely transfer clients, support bathing/grooming, and help with mobility devices.
Healthy Home Environment â Change linens, do light laundry, and keep living areas clean and hazard-free.
Medication & Wellness Checks â Provide timely reminders and record basic vitals or observations.
Mind-Body Engagement â Read aloud, reminisce, or guide simple chair-exercises to keep clients alert and active.
Detailed Reporting â Document care notes and promptly share changes with your RN or Care Supervisor.
The Skills & Heart You Bring
- Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or in a similar role is a plus. Completion of an accredited Home Health Aide (HHA) program (or equivalent) is required. However, if you're not yet certified, we offer the course to help you become a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) through our accredited school. We're looking for someone with the right heart â¤ď¸ to make a difference.
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal communicationâyouâre comfortable updating digital care logs.
- A genuine desire to foster trust and dignity for every client you serve.
