ā¢ Handle travel-related inquiries, changes, cancellations, and refunds with a high level of professionalism.
ā¢ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, COVID-19 guidelines, and visa requirements.
ā¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
ā¢ Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
ā¢ Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and ensure seamless travel experiences.
ā¢ Required Skills and Qualifications
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
ā¢ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
ā¢ Proficiency in using online booking systems and travel tools.
ā¢ Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
