Position Summary:
LoveBound Destinations is seeking a Home-based Personal Travel Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a dedicated assistant to our clients, providing personalized support and assistance to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing personalized assistance remotely
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, to create customized itineraries tailored to clients' preferences
Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences
Liaise with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy
Address any issues or concerns that may arise promptly, providing assistance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction
Maintain organized records of client interactions, travel bookings, expenses, and other relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience
