ONLINE ENGLISH, K-12, ESL. Online: Teacher Wanted
We are looking to hire teachers for Online Learning Program. Teachers and each Teacher Coach teaches English (Spanish, French, German) classes (online) at K-12 China based schools each morning and afternoon (Mon. to Fri.), during the China daytime hours. Classes are taught standing up with the K12 classroom setting. We hold these qualities close... to our heart:
· A genuine relationship with the students;
· Understanding of a Students Cultural Background;
· Training in Second Language Education Techniques and Approaches;
· Encouraging English Conversations & Involvement Outside the Classroom;
· A Willingness to connect with Communities and Collaborative approach.
Please note, we are also hiring course ware designers, so you can be both a teacher and a course ware designer for us! (see the following Ad.)!
Working hours
· 3 to 25 hours per week
· Available slots: Mon to Fri 7:40 to 18:00 Beijing time
Qualifications :
· Bachelors Degree or Higher is a must. Major in English, Elementary School, Education, ESL, Spanish/French/German, Arts, History is preferred.
· K12 State Teaching License (USA/Canada)/TESOL/TEFL/ CELTA (must).
· Cross-disciplinary teaching experience (preferred).
· Online teaching experience (preferred).
· Teaching experience in K-12 schools (preferred).
· Interested in music, high-tech, arts, science, hand puppets, etc. (preferred).
· Outgoing, energetic, passionate in teaching, open and empathetic in multi-culturalism. (must).
Payment: U.S. $20-25 base +Team work rate: U.S. $ 5-10 (Pay monthly)
Note, Quality Class Rate as an incentive (extra bonus) will be paid by the end of each semester according to the schedule of Chinese schools.

Class Preparation:
To prepare for good regular classes, teachers need:
· A Windows 10 computer or a recent Mac computer. (For Windows 10 computer, at least an Intel i3 CPU and 8G RAM)
· A webcam camera with at least 720P resolution
· A headset (headphones + mic)
· A whiteboard (3 by 5 feet)
· Bright lighting
Internet Speed: upload/download speed: at least 20Mbps/20Mbps

We are looking to hire K-12 course ware designers for Online Learning Program. Course ware designers are responsible for making quality course ware for teachers who will teach English/ German/ Spanish online to Chinese K-12 schools.

· Good at organizing and synthesizing information.
· Good logic.
· Good at designing.
· Have online teaching experience (preferred).
· Have multi-cultural experience or cross-disciplinary experience (preferred).
· Can use humorous, varied, cross-cultural and in-depth materials to stimulate students curiosity and broaden their horizons (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour
