Ā Respond to inquiries and assist clients with hotel-related queries promptly and professionally
Ā Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
Documentation and Coordination:
Ā Maintain detailed records of reservations and client interactions using our CRM system
Ā Coordinate with other departments to ensure all travel arrangements align with client itineraries
Quality Assurance:
Ā Verify the accuracy of reservation details and ensure all client preferences are met
Ā Monitor booking confirmations and follow up to ensure seamless execution of hotel stays
