• Input data into company databases and systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Process large volumes of information efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Review and update existing data in various database systems
• Sort and organize physical and digital documents according to established procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Generate regular reports on data entry activities
• Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies or issues
• Follow standardized data entry procedures and guidelines
• Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines
Qualifications
• Proven typing speed of at least 45-50 words per minute with high accuracy
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
• Experience with data entry software and database management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong time management abilities and capability to meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or similar role
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting abilities for common computer issues
