Key Responsibilities:
Travel Booking:
Ā Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities.
Ā Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and travel-related services.
Ā Manage and update booking information, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client preferences.
Ā Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Customer Service:
Ā Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing client needs and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Ā Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans.
Ā Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their travel experiences.
Scheduling Duties:
Ā Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for clients and team members.
Ā Maintain organized schedules and ensure timely execution of travel plans and related tasks.
Ā Prepare and manage itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar customer service role, with a strong understanding of travel industry processes and systems.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Ā Proficiency in using travel booking systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
Ā Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ā Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling bookings and scheduling.
