Job description: Overview:A busy principal in the Pacific Palisades Riviera neighborhood of Los Angeles is looking for a full-time, live-out personal assistant. The schedule would typically be Monday through Friday, 9am-4:30pm with flexibility to work evening events and travel with the principal (evening/big events at principal's home, award season/red carpet, Cannes [not attending this year], etc. and traveling as needed for events). The ideal start date would be ASAP, but the principal is looking for a great fit and is willing to wait. There will be an office in the home for the Personal Assistant. The client has homes in Pacific Palisades, Spain, Mexico, and London and this role could involve potential travel to these international homes at times. This role is for someone passionate about helping the principal have her life in order and routine. A candidate who is mature, committed, can think on their feet. The principal likes her alone time, but when she needs someone she really, really needs them. Responsibilities:

This role is heavy on managing principal's personal calendar–reminding principal of appointments in advance and daily scheduled items, updating principal's calendar and Google calendars daily – it is important to never mess up the calendar so that she is where she needs to be.
Helping with social media posts and troubleshooting any tech issues that come up
Monitoring emails and bringing emails of importance to the principal's attention
Ordering household items and managing and returning packages (Amazon, etc.)
Grocery shopping and stocking refrigerator and pantry
Buying florals and keeping them fresh and up to date
Help with packing and unpacking
Travel assistance (helping principal get to airport, get through security, get into hotels, etc.).
Booking restaurant reservations, car services, workout classes and personal appointments including hair, nails, and spa treatments
Coordinating with interior designers
Answering phone and doorbell, greeting people at house and providing hospitality (coffee, water, etc.)
Ordering lunch/food when needed
Proactively pitch in with kitchen when needed- reheating and serving prepared food, loading and unloading dishwasher, taking out trash, etc.
Coordinating with household staff including house manager and housekeeper
Helping manage large events (I.E., fundraisers, corporate events) and smaller dinner parties
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be super discreet and professional–there are many famous people on the property at times, the candidate to hire must not be starstruck or bothered in any way. Must keep a professional demeanor.
Exceptionally detail oriented–someone who is concerned with triple checking flight bookings and things of that nature
Someone creative and researching different ideas about health and wellness, finding retreats, etc.
Someone who can be autonomous, the principal does not like to micromanage and expects the highest level of professionalism
You must be comfortable working with high-net worth individuals and be able to handle yourself in high-profile social circles including having a professional and polished appearance as the gate keeper for this principal
Requirements:

Be child-friendly- there may be the occasion where you might be requested you spend a small window of time with the child, in the absence of their nanny
You must be a dog lover for this role- the principal has 3 small dogs
Clean driving record and comfortable with driving in and around Los Angeles, the majority of the day will be in person and not remote.
Team player happy to partner with existing household staff - the client also has an Estate Manager, House Manager, and cleaning staff. No one is to be above anyone else in the hierarchy of staff, everyone answers to principal and her husband. Candidate to hire cannot boss others around or have an attitude.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must have experience and skillset with scheduling Zooms, using WhatsApp, Google Workspace, etc.
Open to traveling with the client which could be a few weeks at a time (with notice) – the principal spends time in Europe, San Jose Del Cabo. Spanish language skills are helpful as there are two homes in Spanish-speaking countries.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary starts at $90k++ and client gives a performance-based bonus at the end of the year
3 weeks PTO
7 paid holidays
No health insurance is offered for this role
