Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions, and offering fashion advice.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
Actively promote and encourage customers to join the H&M loyalty program.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to reach sales goals and provide exceptional shopping experiences for customers.
Continuously maintain and update knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed on new products and procedures.
Uphold company values and brand image through personal presentation and behavior.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
