Role Description

The Strategy Consultant III role will be responsible for:
• Developing and owning KPNW's multi-year pricing strategies to support the Dental program’s membership growth
• Supporting the region’s annual business cycle deliverables, including the region’s 3-year strategic plan, financial & membership growth recommendations
• Analyzing competitor and market intelligence to develop rate increase and membership growth recommendations that support senior leadership decisions

This is a high-visibility role, partnering closely with executive leadership across multiple teams within the organization to help deliver data-driven recommendations that support senior leadership decisions.

A successful consultant has experience in:
• Membership growth
• Project management
• Working on complex problems that may not always have a clear answer
• Approaching projects with curiosity and a winning spirit
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills

Note: Work location is remote (e.g. home address), per KP’s Authorized States Policy. Employees may be required to travel to a KP or customer site. Residence required in the primary location: 500 NE Multnomah St., Portland, Oregon 97232; however, this position may have visibility in all Kaiser Permanente authorized locations. Note: Compensation may differ based on the market.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field
• OR minimum five (5) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly related field
