Role Description

We’re seeking a seasoned ABA leader with deep knowledge of the Minnesota landscape to serve as a strategic advisor during our expansion. This consulting role is designed for someone who wants to shape how care is delivered statewide—without the demands of a full-time commitment. You’ll work directly with ANNA’s CEO and senior team to help ensure a thoughtful, effective, and family-centered launch.
• Advise on Minnesota-specific ABA regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance best practices
• Provide insight into local payor relationships, reimbursement models, and funding pathways (including Medical Assistance and EIDBI)
• Recommend strategies for clinical hiring, market positioning, and service delivery based on local needs and family expectations
• Help navigate conversations with local stakeholders, payors, and potential referral partners
• Act as a thought partner on how to best serve Minnesota families with a developmentally sensitive, evidence-based model

Qualifications
• Former or current executive in an ABA organization, with experience operating in Minnesota
• Deep familiarity with local ABA regulations, payor systems (including Medicaid/EIDBI), and referral networks
• Strong strategic instincts, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
• Passionate about increasing access and quality of autism care for young children and their families
• Open to short-term or flexible consulting work with high impact

Benefits
• Flexible, part-time engagement with direct influence on statewide care delivery
• Competitive compensation: $150–$250/hour, depending on experience
• Opportunity to help shape a high-quality, mission-driven model as it enters a new market
• Work with a small, committed team that deeply values clinical excellence and family outcomes

Company Description

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is a clinician-led autism care organization delivering early, play-based, evidence-driven care to children aged 1 to 6. We’re now bringing that model to Minnesota.
