Join our team as a Scheduling & Workflow Administrator, supporting clients by organizing structured vacation planning timelines and coordinating detailed workflow processes in a remote environment. In this role you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for vacations by:
ā¢ Organizing scheduling timelines
ā¢ Coordinating reservations
ā¢ Ensuring itinerary components are clearly documented and easy to follow
Many vacation plans include multiple confirmations, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled experiences. Your role will focus on maintaining organized planning systems so each part of the process progresses smoothly. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines efficiently are essential in this position.
You will assist with:
ā¢ Verifying reservation details
ā¢ Organizing itinerary updates
ā¢ Maintaining clear documentation so that all planning information remains accurate and accessible
ā¢ Monitoring timelines and following up on outstanding items to ensure vacation plans stay on track
This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, scheduling coordination, and maintaining structured systems. Training is provided.
