Job Description: SAP WorkZone, SAP Qualtrics Functional Consultant/ SME
It’s an exciting time to be part of Sutherland winning team, we are looking for SAP WorkZone and SAP Qualtrics Functional Consultant/SME to become part of our team. The primary focus of this position is to support the “maintenance & enhancements” of the human resource management system (SAP WorkZone) in addition to other systems supported by the internal IT team.
Experience: 7 + years of IT SAP WorkZone & SAP Qualtrics exp
Technical Skills Required:
• 7+ Years of extensive work exp in SAP WorkZone, SAP Qualtrics, SAP IAS and Integration with WorkZone.
• Very good hands on experience in SAP WorkZone configuration and SAP Qualtrics configuration
• Good to have skill - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Security.
• Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP WorkZone, SAP Qualtrics
• The candidate preferred to have SAP WorkZone & SuccessFactors certification.
• Candidates should have knowledge in H2R Business processes and associated system configuration
• 2/3 projects Implementation/support/enhancement knowledge in SAP WorkZone and SAP Qualtrics.
• Hands-on experience in Solution Design and Configuration.
• Workbook Business process, Preparation Execution of Test Cases, Test Plans, Test scripts.
• Participate in requirement gathering, understand the design and take ownership of data conversion and system testing as part of the systems enhancement or implementation projects
• Perform analysis and translate business needs and create solution requirements documentation.
• Develop and/or update product solution overviews, FAQs and user documentation to support project implementation/Support/Enhancement activities.
• SAP Enterprise Portal: Knowledge in using BTP preferred.
