Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health.
About the Role
As an RN Healthcare Advocate for Solace, you will be a resource via phone, email, and video for Medicare patients throughout their healthcare journey.
In this role, you will navigate patients through difficult and complex health concerns to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Youll be an empathetic listening ear and an action-oriented guide who knows what to do to solve patient problemsand actually does it.
Please note that this is a contract role.

What Youll Do
Learn the Solace systems, tools, technology, partners, and expectations, while also providing your unique expertise in every interaction.
Build strong, trusting relationships with Medicare patients, where listening and empathy are the foundation for every interaction.
Be able to identify and prioritize Medicare patients needs and assist them to maintain a streamlined care continuum.
Develop patient care plans to holistically address social determinants of health, i.e. food resources, transportation access, and support at home.
Build the systems of the future in working with Medicare patients.
What You Bring to the Table
RN license in good standing
Endless empathy for people, and a strong ability to fight for those who cant.
Strong clinical skills with strong organizational skills to match. You can balance multiple tasks and work under pressure without sacrificing organization in your communications and documentation.
Pride in your technical savvy. You have the ability to quickly and fluently learn new systems and softwares.
Extreme bias toward action and execution.
Fearless feedback. You care about forging the system that empowers better patients outcomes, and youre not shy about sharing your thoughts.
