In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our contractual commitments are managed effectively while supporting a range of strategic projects. You'll work closely with diverse teams including Sales, Legal, and Project Management to optimize contract terms and mitigate risks. A key component of this role is your ability to navigate complex agreements and provide valuable guidance on contract obligations. ⢠Review, negotiate, and maintain contract terms, including Master and Blanket Agreements.
⢠Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Legal, Finance, and Operations on contract matters.
⢠Advise internal partners on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
⢠Maintain contract databases and prepare regular status reports.
⢠Support customer communication on contract terms and flowâdown requirements.
⢠Provide guidance on contractual risks during project execution.
⢠Lead risk reviews, FRAME Agreements, and waiver processes.
⢠Ensure all parties fulfill contractual obligations and support contract closeout efforts.
Qualifications
⢠Bachelorâs, associateâs degree, or certificate in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
⢠Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
⢠Experience handling contract portfolios in the technology or construction sector.
⢠Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
⢠Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and digital approval tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
⢠Demonstrated ability to build productive, customerâfocused relationships.
