[Hiring] Remote LiveChat Sales Representative - Aftermarket Auto Parts @Turn5, Inc.
Role Description
Under the direction of the Sales Management Team, the LiveChat Sales Tech I aids our customers through their automotive accessories purchasing experience. This position is essential in directing consumers to the best aftermarket parts for their vehicle to create their dream build.
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ā¢ Must have or have the ability to acquire automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles.
ā¢ Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or ability to learn.
ā¢ Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy.
ā¢ Ability to maintain professionalism and use tact when dealing with difficult customers.
ā¢ Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel).
ā¢ Must have a reliable PC and sufficient internet speed to be effective in the role and meet expectations. Dual monitors are highly recommended.
ā¢ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
ā¢ Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Upon hire, successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program.
ā¢ Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT.
ā¢ Bi-lingual a plus.
Requirements
ā¢ Handles customer communication via calls, text messages, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders, product inquiries, and returns.
ā¢ Makes outbound calls & text messages to existing customers to follow up on sales leads (tickets & quotes) and close sales.
ā¢ Takes inbound calls, text messages, tickets & chats from any/all queues as needed and directed by the leadership team.
ā¢ Uses excitement and product knowledge to sell automotive accessories.
ā¢ Uses sales in one category to suggest corresponding modifications to enhance the customer's vehicle, such as lowering kits, lift kits, suspension components, front & rear bumpers, front bumper & winch, LED light upgrades, etc.
ā¢ Builds rapport with customers to foster repeat business up to and including service-related issues.
ā¢ Displays a professional, courteous demeanor towards customers while providing prompt, efficient service for all inquiries.
ā¢ Efficiently enter and process orders, returns and customer inquiries (ESD Updates, Cancellations, etc.).
ā¢ Answers questions/educates customers, providing purchasing suggestions as necessary.
ā¢ Utilizes all available programs to achieve bi-weekly sales goals & performance metrics ā chats, phone, texting tool, tickets, quotes, etc.
ā¢ Meets performance expectations of the position regarding customer service quality, customer contacts, and revenue targets.
ā¢ Notifies Sales leadership team of trends or problems encountered.
ā¢ Continues education through company sponsored program, LMS, improving their expertise in all supported vehicles.
ā¢ Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned by management.
