[Hiring] Regional Sales - Dental Cabinetry @Wealthy Group of Companies
Role Description
We are looking for a high-performing sales leader with direct experience selling dental cabinets wholesale to drive rapid growth across the East Coast. The ideal candidate has successfully sold dental cabinetry (or closely related high-value dental equipment) through distributors and direct to clinics, possesses a strong existing network in the region, and is ready to own the East Coast market for our premium custom solutions.
ā¢ Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on revenue growth and market penetration for dental, veterinary, and medical sectors along the U.S. East Coast.
ā¢ Leverage your existing relationships in the dental industry to accelerate sales of custom dental cabinetry to clinics, group practices, and distributors.
ā¢ Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with major dental distributors, ensuring strong alignment on product positioning, marketing support, and sales targets.
ā¢ Identify and close new opportunities with dental practices and DSOs by highlighting the advantages of our integrated design-build-install cabinetry and workflow solutions.
ā¢ Expand into adjacent markets (veterinary and medical clinics) by educating prospects on our proven dental expertise and high-quality, compliant solutions.
ā¢ Accurately forecast sales, track key performance metrics, and provide regular insights on East Coast market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline opportunities.
ā¢ Collaborate with internal design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
ā¢ Proven track record selling dental cabinets wholesale (or high-value dental equipment) into clinics and distributor networks ā this is the strongest qualification.
ā¢ Established network of contacts across East Coast dental distributors, DSOs, independent practices, and/or buying groups.
ā¢ Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex, high-ticket B2B sales cycles (dental industry experience strongly preferred).
ā¢ Deep understanding of dental clinic workflows, equipment procurement, and distributor dynamics.
ā¢ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
ā¢ Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote/internal team.
ā¢ Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast to meet with distributors, prospects, and clients.
Requirements
ā¢ Base salary: $175,000+ (flexible for exceptional candidates with strong dental cabinetry wholesale experience).
ā¢ Commission: 2ā5% uncapped, with realistic first-year OTE up to $250,000+ for top performers.
ā¢ Flexible East Coast location (strong preference for candidates already based in the region). Consideration for multiple hires to cover Northeast (e.g., New York / New England) and Southern territories.
ā¢ Remote role with regular travel required for client visits, distributor meetings, and industry events.
