Role Description
This role involves supporting the Virtual Medical Team (VMT) in delivering high-quality, affordable care across the nation.
ā¢ Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify process and performance gaps across the VMT NP/PA organization
ā¢ Create intervention plans that address national, regional, and individual gaps
ā¢ Partner with Regional Virtual Medical Directors on quarterly priorities for new rollouts, making strategic trade-offs with business objectives
ā¢ Visualize and present data-driven insights with progress reports to senior leadership, serve as VMT Operations spokesperson to frontline teams
ā¢ Own national initiatives, including project plan management, leading cross-functional meetings, escalating roadblocks, and crafting communication strategies
ā¢ Independently manage complex databases of rosters, schedules, and medical licenses using advanced spreadsheet data analysis and automation
ā¢ Utilize patient demand forecasts to make both real-time and long-term staffing determinations for each region, state, and license type, and team
ā¢ Design provider schedules in partnership with the Workforce Management team and the Flex Labor Manager, balancing patient demand with provider experience
Qualifications
ā¢ 3+ years of program or project management experience
ā¢ 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
ā¢ Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
ā¢ Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
ā¢ Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
ā¢ Experience with analytics tools, preferably with focus on forecasting and staffing
Requirements
ā¢ 2+ years of Tableau or equivalent tools experience
ā¢ 2+ years of communicating with and presenting to executive and senior audiences experience
ā¢ Experience collaborating with healthcare leaders, including MD/DO, NP/PA, PharmD/RPh, and RN providers
ā¢ Experience managing teams across multiple locations and time zones, preferably with customer-facing teams and services
