Role Description
This role involves analyzing, verifying, tracking, and recommending for project, product, and solution implementation and maintenance.
ā¢ Liaises between various agile teams and project teams.
ā¢ Recommends and delivers product and solution plans and training materials throughout implementation.
ā¢ Helps ensure smooth operations post-implementation.
ā¢ Analyzes, verifies, tracks, and recommends for development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of products and solutions.
ā¢ Serves as a liaison between business and technology teams.
ā¢ Participates in developing and delivering training programs for current and prospective users.
ā¢ Educates practice, site, and corporate management on project operations and procedures.
ā¢ Assists implementation team in configuring HIPAA rules based on system policies and legal requirements.
ā¢ Ensures processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements.
ā¢ Performs solution audits; resolves discrepancies as required.
ā¢ Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
ā¢ Consults with departments to provide customer support during and post-implementation.
ā¢ Conducts post-implementation satisfaction surveys; advises management of results and recommends actions.
ā¢ Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes.
ā¢ Consults with newly acquired facilities and designs transition and implementation plans.
ā¢ Operates under general guidance; work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
ā¢ Performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, preferred.
ā¢ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, required.
ā¢ Experience working in a dynamic, high-technology environment, preferred.
ā¢ Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills, preferred.
Requirements
ā¢ Proven ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and inform strategic decision-making.
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, validation, and professional data presentation to support analytical tasks.
ā¢ Expertise in utilizing Excel PivotTables for summarizing, organizing, and extracting key insights from large volumes of data efficiently.
ā¢ Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and publishing for business intelligence.
ā¢ Proficiency in creating compelling and interactive data visualizations and dashboards with Tableau to uncover patterns and communicate insights effectively.
