Role Description

This role involves participating in the development of a product strategy and supporting the ideation process. Key responsibilities include:
• Gathering and analyzing data to develop data-driven insights to understand market conditions and trends.
• Developing and monitoring success criteria to evaluate products throughout their lifecycle.
• Conducting regional feasibility with functional partners for a focused set of products or lines of business (LOBs).
• Updating specific pieces of collateral and managing service recovery and issues resolution.
• Overseeing content and response gathering to sales and account management questions.
• Recommending content for business-case development initiatives.
• Creating product/benefit requirements that incorporate various organizational needs.
• Managing a less complex implementation or workstream with supervision.
• Enabling alignment and buy-in to create and/or modify products and product enhancements.
• Leveraging an advanced understanding of product policy and end-to-end product administration.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care, product development and management, strategy development and execution, finance, sales and account management, marketing, consulting, benefits, program management, or a directly related field.
• OR minimum eight (8) years of experience in the aforementioned areas.
