Role Description
The Order Entry Specialist is responsible for:
ā¢ Assisting with data entry and data management of information on industry specific software platforms
ā¢ Online research of county appraisal district records and county clerk records
ā¢ Online research of stored data from archived files
ā¢ Communication with internal employees and external vendors to complete data entry orders
ā¢ Participating in testing new solutions for collecting, interpreting, and managing new data
We are looking for a highly organized person with some Escrow background (minimum of 2 years).
ā¢ Must be willing to learn with a strong attention to detail
ā¢ Must work well in a fast-paced environment and within very tight timeframes
ā¢ Must be a team player who is supportive of internal team members and outside vendors
ā¢ Must possess great communication skills, both written and verbal
ā¢ Must be able to work independently with problem-solving skills
ā¢ Must be eager to participate in new technology and software implementation
Qualifications
ā¢ A High School diploma or equivalent is required
ā¢ Direct experience in real estate and title production software recommended (minimum of 2 years)
ā¢ Great attitude and strong attention to detail
ā¢ Microsoft Suite proficient
ā¢ Must be available to work 8am ā 5pm, Monday through Friday; this is a remote position
