Role Description
HealthSource of Ohio is seeking a full-time, remote Optometrist (OD) to join our team!
This role involves delivering live vision care and ocular services remotely with the support of an in-office technician and team.
A typical day includes:
⢠Providing high quality optometric care and services primarily to students in school-based locations ā no nights, no weekends
⢠Establishing a positive Doctor/Patient relationship remotely
⢠Conducting all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care
⢠Ensuring all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations
⢠Utilizing all available technology to deliver high-quality patient care
⢠Ensuring that quality of care and systems are maintained
⢠Being remote requires some technical proficiencies including basic computer troubleshooting, familiarity with MS Windows 10 or higher, and proficiency at using an electronic medical record system
Qualifications
⢠State Licensed
⢠Doctorate of Optometry
