[Hiring] Operations Consultant @PNC
Role Description

As a Operations Consultant within PNC's AMG organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Cleveland, OH, Wilmington, DE, or Birmingham, AL.
This position will oversee multiple functions and coordinate with various areas within AMG. The position requires an individual with extensive experience in both securities processing operations and technology, including process improvement, risk identification, and architecture/technology solutions. Business and technical expertise with the existing Amtrust application is highly preferred, as the role will require collaboration and communication with multiple teams at varied levels related to Amtrust and related applications.
This position will interact regularly with other AMG Operations departments and other teams within PNC, including:
• MIS (CTB/RTB)
• AMG Architecture
• Data Analytics
• Risk Management
• Change Management
• Project Management
• Compliance
• Legal
• Investments
• Private Bank
• Institutional Asset Management
Qualifications

• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Requirements
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• University/college degree preferred
• Specific certifications may be required
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
