Responsibilities
• Interact with clients to provide top-notch customer service and support
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients
• Assist in sales activities to promote company products or services
• Utilize computerized systems to input, retrieve, and analyze information
• Provide English language support to clients as needed
Skills
• Strong client services orientation
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Experience in cash handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated phone etiquette abilities
• Basic sales knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work with computerized systems effectively
