• Address client inquiries and promptly respond to travel-related questions.
• Maintain accurate travel itineraries and records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold client satisfaction standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience in travel planning, particularly within the entertainment industry.
• Proficient in Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System).
• Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a solution-driven approach.
• Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel planning, ideally in the entertainment sector.
• Background in customer service is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant travel planning certifications are preferred.
