Applicants should have at least six months of prior experience in supervising children. Applicants must be available to attend all training sessions and mandatory staff meetings. Applicants must have the ability to develop and implement activities for kids of all ages. Applicant must possess an invested passion and enthusiasm for Dance Applicants must have reliable transportation, be punctual, autonomous, self- governing, and motivated towards excellence. Ability to promote classes through word of mouth, delivering and distributing flyers to schools, organizations, and local businesses. Essential assets for the ideal Dance Instructor is to have enthusiasm for the job, possess good sense of humor, have good character, be responsible, be a good role model, be a team player and have good communication skills.
