This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work from home and receive comprehensive training.

This is a 1099, commissioned only based role plus the opportunity for bonuses.. In addition, we offer health & life insurance. The Summers Agency also provides ongoing training and professional development opportunities for personal and career growth.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve individual and team sales targets
ΓΒ Sell life & mortgage protection insurance policies to clients, that fits their specific need.
ΓΒ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
ΓΒ Follow up on leads and actively engage with potential customers to close sales
ΓΒ Monitor market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
ΓΒ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
ΓΒ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics to management
Requirements:
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent
ΓΒ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ΓΒ Ability to work independently and remotely
ΓΒ Prior sales experience in a similar industry is a plus but not required
