 Conduct observations and facilitate open communication with families and colleagues.
 Ensure active supervision and engagement with children at all times.
 As a floater, be prepared to adapt to different classrooms and provide support across various areas.
 After 6:00 PM, focus on maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Required Skills
 Understanding of child development and early learning principles.
 Effective communication and customer service skills.
 Basic proficiency in computer usage.
 Strong time-management capabilities.
Qualifications
 Previous experience interacting with children in a teaching, instructing, or caregiving capacity is preferred.
 Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is advantageous.
 Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning.
 Knowledge of positive discipline methodologies.
