We're looking to hire a full-time production assistant to help manage our digital content production, newsletter operations, and social media presence. This remote position offers an opportunity to work with a fast-paced team while helping to shape cybersecurity conversations.

รย Process and upload transcripts to WordPress
รย Produce Cyber Security Headlines Week in Review event materials including thumbnail creation
รย Track analytics for Super Cyber Friday events
รย Coordinate with sponsors on content publication
รย Maintain organizational systems in Notion
รย Assist with AMA (Ask Me Anything) event production
รย Support live production during Super Cyber Friday events
รย Manage podcast guest scheduling and booking
Required skills
รย Familiarity with social media and WordPress
รย Managing deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of content
รย Great attention to detail
รย Solid verbal and written communication skills
รย Obsessed with improving processes <-This is key
รย Ability to collaborate with a team and adapt to changing workflows and processes
