2. Provide detailed feedback to development teams on product performance
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
4. Maintain accurate records of testing results and feedback
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
6. Assist in the development of testing procedures and protocols
7. Participate in product launches and provide support as needed
