Duties

ΓΒ Handle outbound calls, including contacting tax agencies to obtain or verify information.
ΓΒ Assist in preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
ΓΒ Maintain organized records and documentation.
ΓΒ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
ΓΒ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Proven experience in data entry and customer service.
ΓΒ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
ΓΒ Comfortable with making phone calls to tax agencies or other organizations.
ΓΒ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
ΓΒ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
ΓΒ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent
