Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) (Bilingual Spanish Pay Differential)
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-time opportunities. Hybrid/Remote
Compensation: $75-$90 per hour. Based on experience.
Reports to: Outpatient Program Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our team at Center Point DAAC. As part of our mental health team, you will work independently working with patients with dual-diagnosis issues both remotely and from the office. You will provide individual and group therapy services to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care. Depending on your preference, you may work with adolescents, adults, families, couples, or mix of client types.
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
 Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
 Collaborate with the Outpatient Program Manager and treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
 Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
 Participate in weekly clinical case conferences and staff meetings.
 Stay current on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions.
 Adhere to privacy laws and regulations and report any fraud or abuse.
Requirements and Qualifications:
 Master's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
 Valid licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW).
 Experience working with adolescents and/or adults in a therapeutic setting.
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
 One year or more of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting (preferred).
 Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols.
 Proficiency in electronic health records (Kipu) and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to learn and navigate agency-specific software and systems, including SmartCare.
 Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications.
 Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and report technical problems to IT support.
Work Schedule:
 You choose your schedule.
 Variable hours, including weekends, and evenings.
 Outpatient hours: mostly 9-9:30pm.
