ā Candidates must currently reside in Virginia (Richmond area preferred) Key Responsibilities:
ā Gather, analyze, and document business & system requirements
ā Work closely with business users and development teams in Agile/Scrum environments
ā Create SDLC-compliant requirement documents
ā Conduct manual testing on web applications
ā Develop and execute test plans & test scripts
ā Identify, document, and track application defects/issues
ā Support UAT activities and business process improvements Required Skills:
ā Strong Business Analysis & Systems Analysis experience
ā SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology experience
ā Requirements gathering & documentation expertise
ā Manual web application testing experience
ā Test plan and test script creation/execution
ā Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills:
ā Experience with .Net applications
ā Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
