A Day in the Role
 The Client Coordinator will work to process various medical documents (i.e. Independent Medical Reviews) and insurance intake forms.
 The coordinator will handle incoming cases extract data and enter the data into the electronic data base via Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word.
 Work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion.
 Coordinators will use critical thinking steps to determine next steps and reach out to clients via phone to obtain missing information, etc.
 Must be comfortable and proficient using computers, spreadsheets, and have reliable internet.
 Must be comfortable to work in a metrics/quota driven environment.
 Workload will require some customer service and client coordination over the phone.
 Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims is preferred - must have previous remote work history in data entry.
 Candidates also must have previous experience working in a metrics based environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
 Will need to have reliable high speed internet.
 Will need to have your own computer or laptop for use in this role - no chromebooks.
 Must have at least 1 year of remote work experience and experience working in a high volume metrics based environment.
 High School Diploma
 Candidates will need to be open to completing Microsoft Word and Excel Assessments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
