Role Description
As an Event Office Manager at Cellular Sales, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our national sales events.
ā¢ Work with procurement travel to coordinate hotel, flight, and car rental arrangements for all market event programs and the National Events Team members.
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service by assisting National Event representatives with thank-you calls and addressing concerns.
ā¢ Generate comprehensive reports using BI reports and RQ.
ā¢ Maintain schedules for the National Event Team.
ā¢ Update customer profiles in RQ with completed WEC forms.
ā¢ Collaborate with the National Events Director on recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong organizational and time management skills
ā¢ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
ā¢ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
ā¢ Demonstrated competencies in accountability, entrepreneurship/intrapreneurship, financial awareness, initiative, problem-solving, and written communication.
