Join our innovative healthcare team as a Medical Cannabis Provider—NP (Nurse Practitioner) or PA (Physician Assistant)—and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care focused on medical cannabis therapies. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise in a growing field, helping patients improve their quality of life through tailored treatment plans. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
• Assess patient needs
• Develop individualized treatment strategies
• Ensure compliance with state regulations

Qualifications
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license to practice in Delaware
• Preferably already Cannabis certified in Delaware
• DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and Controlled Substance License
• Comfortable using technology, specifically our in-house EMR system (training will be provided)
Requirements
• Support patients in incorporating medical marijuana into their treatment plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients for the medical cannabis program
• Maintain precise and up-to-date notes and medical records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system
