Role Description
Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking a Management Analyst to provide analytical support for management and program functions.
ā¢ Provide analytical support for management and program functions.
ā¢ Assist with tracking project and program status and financial matters.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with DOE guidelines and reporting requirements.
ā¢ Assess and make recommendations regarding local and site-specific reporting needs.
ā¢ Analyze operational or program issues and identify solutions.
ā¢ Reconcile data entries and maintain data accuracy.
ā¢ Support development of reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership.
Qualifications
ā¢ Active Top Secret
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ Ability to interpret data and develop recommendations.
ā¢ Knowledge of business process design.
ā¢ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
ā¢ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field + 5 years relevant experience in management analysis or consulting.
ā¢ Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 7 years relevant experience; OR 9 years relevant experience.
