Role Description
The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 (VSP/PT) is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The role involves:
ā¢ Ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards
ā¢ Accurate tracking techniques and a review process prior to shipping medications
ā¢ Understanding department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives
ā¢ Making decisions regarding work methods with minimal direction
ā¢ Following established guidelines/procedures
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelors of Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
ā¢ Licensed as a PHARMACIST in state(s) of practice
ā¢ Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
ā¢ Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group
ā¢ Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
ā¢ Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
ā¢ Excellent communication skills
ā¢ Proficient with computers
ā¢ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Requirements
ā¢ 3 or more years experience in a high volume community or mail order pharmacy practice environment

ā¢ Pay Range: $104,000 - $143,000 per year
