Role Description
This role provides a unique opportunity for a dedicated attorney to manage a substantial caseload in creditors' rights, thereby making a significant impact on the legal arena.
ā¢ Become a key member handling a significant volume of cases within creditor's rights.
ā¢ Navigate issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.
ā¢ Handle court appearances and potentially travel around the state for hearings.
ā¢ Demonstrate leadership skills and contribute to the firm's growth.
ā¢ Foster relationships within the industry to enhance firm repute.
Qualifications
ā¢ Member in good standing of the Virgin Island Bar.
ā¢ Newly licensed attorneys and those with 5+ years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
ā¢ Appellate experience and familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and Bankruptcy Code preferred.
ā¢ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
ā¢ Proactive in developing client relationships and industry presence.
