What you will do:
Responsible for managing daily accounting operations in Xero for multiple entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Responsible for payroll processing including ensuring compliance with tax regulations and coordinating with relevant parties as needed
Responsible for AP function including handling communications and keeping all related records and documentations up to date
Manage inter-company reconciliations
Assist with the preparation of the budget and financial analysis and reporting
Provide support in closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Undertake ad hoc assignments, manage projects and execute operational duties as required, ensuring support across various functions
What we are looking for:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, and related discipline
CPA, ACCA or similar
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in General Ledger functions
Hands on experience with Xero accounting software
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working in an international business environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude with different IT solutions
Capable of working independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
Meticulous, well-organized and proactive with a strong sense of accountability
Self-motivated and dedicated, consistently with a positive and results-oriented attitude
Resourceful and adaptable, with willingness to take initiative and continuously develop skills
Good command of English is a must, knowing other languages would be an advantage
