Role Description

This part-time position is designed to provide administrative support during the HR Manager's maternity leave. The role focuses on handling administrative tasks for both the manager and coordinator.
• Provide administrative support for the HR department.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing.
• Aid in transitioning employees from the current system to a new system.
• Handle various administrative responsibilities and projects as needed.
• Support the HR Coordinator by managing tasks they may not have time to complete.

Qualifications
• An HR background is beneficial but not required.
• Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and quickly grasp new concepts.
• Interest in human resources.

Requirements
• Proficiency in administrative support and data entry.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and human resources processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
