[Hiring] General Clerk Representative @The Cigna Group
Role Description
The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs. This role is responsible for:
ā¢ Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse.
ā¢ Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
ā¢ Faxing documents to designated recipients.
ā¢ Scanning documents into the patients profiles/drive.
ā¢ Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
ā¢ Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or GED.
ā¢ 1 year of experience in customer service.
ā¢ Ability to work in collaboration with a team.
ā¢ Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred.
ā¢ Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
ā¢ If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
