Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual School Psychologist to join our team on a contract basis. This 1099 position is ideal for a dedicated professional committed to providing high-quality services to students in a virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide counseling and support services to students.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students' academic and emotional growth.
Participate in virtual meetings and professional development sessions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
Certification: Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in special education. Virtual experience is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills. Ability to work independently and manage a virtual classroom effectively.
