Responsibilities
Ā Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements.

Ā Provide prompt, extraordinary service to guests, peers, and co-workers.

Ā Reconcile and balance staff turn-in reports and commissions, checking discounts and house charges for accuracy.

Ā Maintain recordkeeping systems for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting associated filings.

Ā Maintain accuracy of cash balances for tills, petty cash, and safe.
,
Ā Process Accounts Payable and review purchases for accuracy of coding.
,
Ā Reconcile financial transactions with separately owned hotel, including catering, events, and room charges.

Ā Maintain, track, and ensure accuracy of the loyalty program.
,
Ā Review and maintain personnel records in POS, ensuring all termination, rate changes, and new hire paperwork are up to date and complete.

Ā Support HR with benefits and payroll processes.

Ā Maintain and publish financial reporting spreadsheets.

Ā Answer phones and manage guest reservations as needed.

Ā Meet or exceed all deadlines.
