Key Responsibilities:
Verify and correct data entries with utmost accuracy.
Process pension forms, salary forms, and payment transactions using our system.
Review and verify data entries for completeness and accuracy.
Provide regular details of payments to relevant stakeholders.
Transfer data from Excel and PDF formats to our system efficiently.
Maintain confidential records in compliance with company policies.
Manage and organize the inbox, responding to client queries through emails.
Process loan application forms and verify data accuracy.
Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct online forms processing accurately and efficiently.
Liason with clients and supervise the team to meet client deliverables.
Resolve client queries effectively.
Prepare timely management information system (MIS) reports.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the position of Data Entry / Back Office Executive should possess the following qualifications and skills:
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in computer operations, back office functions, and internet browsing.
Ability to read and write English effectively.
Strong analytical and logical thought process.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
